Many people come to live and work in Santiago - the biggest city in Chile. There are many advantages of living there but there are also some drawbacks too.
Santiago is a vibrant city with many bars and restaurants. In the centre of town you can find lots of nice museuems and cultural places to visit such as the Plaza de Armas. In addition it has lots of good shopping centres and huge supermarkets.
On the other hand there are some disadvantages such as the pollution. Moreover, there are often many traffic jams which can make travelling around the city difficult at times. The transportation is a little unreliable too but this will no doubt improve in the future.
To conclude the advantages of living in Santiago far outweigh the diasdadvantages. It is a very enjoyable palce to live, despite the few drawbacks.
